Isabella & Angus - A Beautiful Central Coast Wedding at Bidja Estate

We had the absolute pleasure of catering Isabella and Angus’ wedding on the 2nd of April 2026 at the lush Bidja Estate on the Central Coast, celebrating with 130 guests in a relaxed and vibrant setting.

The evening began in the barn, where guests were welcomed with a selection of canapés as they mingled and settled into the celebration. Cocktails were flowing, with our bar team serving up drinks throughout the space as guests spilled out onto the beautiful grounds to enjoy lawn games and take in the atmosphere. It created such an easy and social start to the night.

As the celebration continued, guests made their way to the reception where Isabella and Angus had chosen to dine under the stars, with soft fairy lights setting the scene for a warm and inviting evening.

For dinner, the couple selected a banquet style menu, with abundant share plates served down the centre of the table. This family style approach allowed guests to build their own plates and enjoy a relaxed dining experience together, with plenty of flavour and variety throughout the meal.

With 130 guests, the energy in the space was incredible, and it was amazing to see everyone come together over great food, drinks and conversation.

Slow Cooked Chicken, salsa verde & radish

Braised Lamb Shoulder, mint & garlic tzatziki

Roasted Pumpkin, cabbage jam & dukkah

Garlic Roasted Potatoes, rosemary & eshallot salt

Cold Side

Roma Tomato, cucumber, chickpea, feta & basil dressing
