A Relaxed Hunter Valley Celebration: Jaclyn and Caleb at Settlers Rest
On 20 September, we had the absolute pleasure of catering Jaclyn and Caleb’s wedding at Settlers Rest in Howes Valley. With rolling mountains, blue skies, and 550 hectares of picturesque country land, the venue set the perfect rustic backdrop for their special day.
The atmosphere was laid back and full of joy, with just 45 of their closest family and friends gathered to celebrate. Jaclyn and Caleb wanted the focus to be on connection and conversation, so they chose a full canapé service for their reception. Our team roamed throughout the celebration, making sure every guest had a chance to enjoy each dish without leaving the laughter and mingling behind.

This roaming service created the perfect flow for the day, encouraging guests to mingle, move about the grounds, and fully embrace the relaxed country setting.
