Eden Catering and Events is a full service catering company built on thoughtful food, seamless service and genuine hospitality. With years of experience in the events industry, our team has had the privilege of catering hundreds of celebrations, from intimate gatherings to large scale weddings and corporate events. Every event we take on is approached with care, creativity and attention to detail, because we know how important these moments are.
Where we work
We are proudly based in Newcastle and the Hunter region, and regularly cater across the Hunter Valley, Central Coast, Sydney and surrounding areas. From established venues with commercial kitchens to private properties, marquee sites and open air locations, we are well equipped to cater in a wide range of settings. Our mobile kitchen capabilities allow us to deliver the same high quality food and service wherever your event takes place.
Our experience
With over fifteen years of combined experience across our team, including a dedicated group of full time chefs led by our head chef, we bring both culinary expertise and strong event knowledge to every service. Beyond creating delicious food, our team understands timing, flow and coordination, ensuring each event runs smoothly from start to finish. You will often see our chefs stepping out of the kitchen to walk canapés or deliver plates, sharing the story behind each dish and adding a personal touch to the experience.

Our Dining Styles
Roaming canapés
Roaming canapés are a relaxed and social way to begin an event. Perfect for cocktail hours and celebrations where guests are mingling, this style allows people to enjoy beautifully crafted bites while taking in the atmosphere of the venue. It is a favourite choice for weddings and events that want a lively and informal start.
Banquet style dining
Banquet dining is all about abundance and connection. Generous platters are placed down the centre of the table for guests to share, creating a warm and communal experience. This style encourages conversation, relaxed dining and a sense of togetherness that works beautifully for weddings and long celebrations.
Individually plated dining

This style highlights precision, presentation and flavour, and allows guests to slow down and enjoy each course. It can be customised in many ways, including alternate drop menus and multi course experiences.
Buffet dining
