Jess and Joel’s Wedding at Bidja Estate
We had the pleasure of being part of Jess and Joel’s beautiful wedding day on September 23rd 2025. It was a truly special day at the stunning Bidja Estate, and we were delighted to help create a menu that reflected the couple’s tastes and vision for their celebration.
The festivities began with three delicious canapés served during cocktail hour, before guests were treated to a banquet-style main course featuring our braised beef cheek and slow-cooked pork belly. Alongside the food, we also managed their bar service, starting with cocktails to set the tone and then providing full bar service for the rest of the night.
