A Stunning Celebration at Chapel Ridge For Zoe and Vincent

On the 13th of September, we had the absolute pleasure of catering Zoe and Vincent’s gorgeous wedding at Chapel Ridge. The day was clear and bright, with blue skies and sunshine that made the setting feel even more magical. For their 100 guests, the couple chose to start the service with a selection of roaming canapés before enjoying a delicious individually plated entrée and main course, served alternately.
The entire day was beautifully considered and full of thoughtful touches. Personal and traditional moments were woven throughout, making it a day that truly reflected Zoe and Vincent. It was a joy to witness two wonderful people come together and begin their journey as a married couple.
The Menu
Canapés:
Braised Beef Sliders with barbecue sauce, cheddar and pickled cabbage
Parmesan and Mushroom Arancini with thyme and truffle mayo
Torched Sea Scallops with cucumber, citrus and crispy eshallot
Alternate Drop Entrée:
House Smoked Salmon with maple roasted carrot, shaved slaw, charred corn and sumac seeds
Chargrilled Chorizo with maple roasted carrot, shaved slaw, charred corn and sumac seeds
Alternate Drop Main Course:
Confit Chicken Maryland with potato and parmesan gratin, tomato salsa, chutney and dukkah
Braised Beef Cheeks with potato and parmesan gratin, tomato salsa, cauliflower puree and almonds
The meal was followed by the cake cutting, where we cut and put the cake out on platters.
It was such a pleasure to be part of Zoe and Vincent’s wedding, providing food that complemented their vision and creating a seamless catering experience for their guests. Wishing the couple all the best as they embark on this exciting new chapter together.
