Here's what you can expect after booking your wedding catering with Eden Catering.
Step 1: Your Booking is Confirmed
By this stage, you'll have already submitted an enquiry with your estimated guest numbers, venue and the dining style you're considering. From there, one of our Client Relations Officers will prepare a personalised quote tailored to your celebration.
Once you're happy to move forward, securing your date is as simple as paying your deposit. From that moment, your wedding is officially booked and the exciting planning begins.
You'll then receive access to your personal client portal, where everything is kept in one place. You'll be able to view your quote, select your menu, keep track of planning tasks and access important information as your wedding day gets closer.
Having everything organised in one place makes planning much easier and means you always know what's coming next.
Step 2: Getting to Know Your Wedding
No two weddings are ever the same, which is why we take the time to get to know your plans before diving into the finer details.
We'll chat with you about things like:
Your venue
Guest numbers
Your preferred dining style
The atmosphere you want to create
Any special moments throughout the day

Step 3: Choosing Your Menu
Now for one of the most exciting parts... choosing the food!
Whether you've booked roaming canapés, banquet share plates, buffet dining or a plated menu, we'll guide you through the options and help you create a menu that suits your celebration.
Our menus have been designed to give you plenty of flexibility, allowing you to create a dining experience that reflects your style while ensuring your guests leave with full bellies and happy memories.
Step 4: Attend a Tasting Event
Throughout the year, we host tasting events where couples can experience a selection of dishes from our menu before their wedding.
It's a great opportunity to try the food, see the quality and presentation for yourself and meet some of the team who'll be looking after your celebration.

Step 5: Planning the Details
As your wedding gets closer, we'll begin working through the finer details together.
We'll discuss things like:

Step 6: Dietary Requirements
Once your RSVPs start coming in, we'll ask you to submit your guests' dietary requirements through your client portal.
We collect each guest's name alongside their dietary requirements so our chefs and front of house team know exactly who requires each meal.
This process helps ensure every guest is looked after and allows our team to confidently deliver the correct meals on the day.
Step 7: Final Numbers & Seating Plan
Closer to your wedding, we'll confirm your final guest numbers and ask for your seating plan.
The seating plan isn't just for table layouts. It also allows our front of house team to quickly identify guests with dietary requirements, helping dinner service run smoothly and ensuring the right meals reach the right people.

Step 8: We Take Care of the Rest
While you're getting ready to walk down the aisle, our team is already hard at work behind the scenes.
Ingredients have been prepared, equipment has been packed, staff have been briefed and everything has been carefully organised before we even arrive at your venue.
From setting up and preparing the food to serving your guests and packing everything down at the end of the evening, we'll take care of it all.
