Wedding Food We Can't Stop Thinking About
There are some dishes that just stick with you. Maybe it’s the flavour, maybe it’s the combination of ingredients, or maybe it’s simply one of those dishes that you find yourself thinking about long after the wedding is over. Here are a few from our recent menus that we genuinely can’t stop thinking about.
1. Parmesan & Mushroom Arancini, thyme & truffle aioli
These little arancini have become a bit of a favourite around here. Crispy on the outside, creamy and full of flavour inside, with that thyme and truffle aioli bringing everything together. They’re also dangerously easy to eat a few of.

2. Teriyaki Chicken Gyoza, mint, miso mayo & toasted seeds
A little bit sweet, a little bit savoury and packed with flavour. The fresh mint and miso mayo give these gyoza plenty of personality, while the toasted seeds add that extra bit of texture. Definitely one that keeps guests coming back for another.

3. Slow Cooked Chicken, salsa verde & radish
Simple ingredients, but a combination that works incredibly well. The slow cooked chicken is tender and comforting, while the fresh salsa verde and radish cut through it with a lovely bit of freshness. It’s the kind of dish that feels familiar but still has something a little different about it.

4. Slow Cooked Pork Belly, caramelised apple chutney & jus
Pork belly and apple are a pretty hard combination to beat. Rich, slow cooked pork paired with sweet caramelised apple chutney and a generous jus makes this one seriously satisfying. It’s rich, comforting and exactly the sort of dish you want to see coming out of the kitchen.
