Do You Offer Cake Cutting?
Yes! You can add cake cutting onto your package. For a more formal option, we can plate it with seasonal accompaniments for an additional fee.
How Many Guests Can You Cater For?
While our pricing is based on events of around 80 guests, we can cater for events of any size, from smaller intimate weddings to large celebrations with hundreds of guests. We do specialise in catering large events.
Can You Accommodate Dietary Requirements?
Absolutely. We cater thoughtfully to all dietary needs, including but not limited to vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and allergy-friendly options. During your planning, you can submit dietary requirements through your personalised event portal so we can create thoughtful, satisfying substitutions for every guest.
Do You Provide Equipment, Tableware and Service Staff?
Yes. We can offer a range of optional services to support your catering:
Plates, cutlery and crockery if needed
Linen napkins as an add-on
Professional bar staff and beverage packages
Waitstaff included in your quoted price
Everything is delivered with our calm, seamless service so you can relax and enjoy the day.
Do You Cater at Venues Without a Kitchen?
Yes. If your venue doesn’t have suitable preparation facilities, we can bring all the necessary commercial catering equipment to ensure your event runs smoothly. This is an additional service and will incur an added fee, depending on what is required.
The only item we do not supply is the catering tent, however we are more than happy to assist with arranging this if needed.
Are You Able to Travel?
We include one hour of travel from Wallsend in our standard packages, and we’re happy to cater beyond that with additional travel fees. This means we can work with couples across Newcastle, Hunter Valley, Central Coast, Sydney and beyond.
Do You Offer Wedding Tastings?
Yes! We host seasonal wedding tastings where you can sample our menu first-hand, explore service styles and discuss your vision with our team. It’s a lovely way to taste the food and feel confident in your choices before your big day.
Can We Customise Our Catering Package?
Definitely. All of our catering packages are customisable. You can choose add-ons like late-night snacks, bespoke beverage options and other extras that suit your event style and guest needs.
