Jasmine & Jack’s Beautiful Central Coast Wedding at Chapel Ridge
We’ve been reminiscing on Jasmine and Jack’s beautiful wedding at Chapel Ridge on the Central Coast, a day that was filled with so much love, connection and happiness.
Set amongst the stunning surrounds of Chapel Ridge, the couple created a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for their guests, which paired perfectly with their dining style for the evening. We had the pleasure of catering the reception, delivering a seamless alternate drop dining experience designed to suit the flow and feel of the celebration.
Alternate drop dining is such a beautiful option for weddings, especially for couples wanting a more formal dining experience while still offering guests variety and choice. With alternating dishes served across the tables, guests get to experience different flavours and meals throughout the room, which naturally becomes a talking point amongst guests and adds to the shared dining experience.
With a team of six staff members onsite, our focus was on creating a smooth and enjoyable experience for both the couple and their guests. From kitchen preparation through to service, every part of the evening was carefully coordinated so everyone could relax and enjoy the celebration.
Jasmine and Jack selected a classic alternate drop menu featuring:
Entrée
Chargrilled chorizo with maple roasted carrot, shaved slaw, charred corn and sumac seeds
Slow cooked chicken with maple roasted carrot, shaved slaw, charred corn and sumac seeds
Main Course
Rosemary roasted lamb with potato and parmesan gratin, tomato salsa, tzatziki and crispy eshallots
Roasted porchetta with potato and parmesan gratin, tomato salsa, apple chutney and toasted sesame
The menu was designed to feel generous, comforting and full of flavour while still complementing the relaxed atmosphere of the day.
