A Beautiful Day for Keira-Jaye and Harrison

Keira-Jaye and Harrison’s wedding at Chapel Ridge was an unforgettable celebration. Held under the golden October sun on the Central Coast, the day was filled with happiness, laughter and love. One of the many memorable moments was the bride’s arrival in a vintage blue Sandman, perfectly setting the scene for a fun and relaxed celebration with family and friends.
We were honoured to be chosen as their caterer and loved being part of such a special occasion. From the moment we arrived until the very last goodbye, it was a joy to work alongside a team of wonderful vendors and to witness the thoughtful planning that had gone into every detail.
Our team served a selection of delicious canapés followed by a shared banquet feast. It was an evening of incredible food, warm service and smiling faces, and we could not have asked for more.

Canapés
Smoked brisket sliders with barbecue sauce and pickled cabbage
Gruyere arancini with cauliflower cream (Vegetarian)
Crispy skinned chicken wings (Gluten free)
Cauliflower fritters with spiced yoghurt (Vegetarian)
Carrot and apricot croquettes with garlic and ricotta (Vegetarian)

Slow braised lamb shoulder with garlic and rosemary potatoes, heirloom carrots and red wine jus (Gluten free)
Confit pork belly with pickled purple cabbage, hoi sin and sticky orange sauce (Gluten free)
Banquet Sides
Roast pumpkin, fresh figs and baby zucchini with labneh, sourdough crumbs and thyme honey
Fig, green bean, prosciutto and smoked almond salad with Hunter Valley brie (Gluten free)
Puy lentils with roast beetroot and carrots, spiced pan-fried cauliflower and goat’s cheese (Gluten free)
Dessert
Instead of a formal dessert, the couple chose to have their wedding cake sliced and served on platters for guests to enjoy.

Apart from the fact your food was absolutely delicious, with multiple guests going out of their way to tell us it was the best wedding food they had ever had, it has to be the service that truly stands out for us.
Ailish and Anna were both so easy to communicate with via email in the lead up to our big day and, with the ever stressful Eden Email Outage of 2024, they still ensured they were communicating with us right up until the day before. A special mention to the staff who served us and our guests on the night. You were friendly, funny and attentive and made everyone feel so special.
An even bigger thank you to the staff that looked after Harrison’s cousin, Hayden, on the night. Hayden’s parents came to us with tears in their eyes saying they had never had anyone make Hayden feel so special and safe at an event or restaurant before. They thanked us profusely for looking after him, but that thanks needs to be redirected to your wonderful staff, as all we did was make a dietary note and your amazing staff did the rest.
We will dream about your lamb shoulder, pork belly and brisket sliders for years to come."
